I had a pleasant one-night stay in the Budget Single Room, where the decor created a cozy atmosphere. The only drawback was the bathroom being located downstairs, which may be a little inconvenient for some. it's a good spot for solo travelers seeking a warm and clean place to rest.

A Cozy Retreat for Solo Travelers
My one-night stay in the Budget Single Room felt like a warm embrace, especially during the evening by the log fire with a soothing cup of tea. Ideal for solo travelers, just be prepared for the downstairs bathroom. This quaint setup adds character, making it a memorable experience.

The Budget Single Room offers a surprisingly cozy atmosphere for travelers who don’t need a lot of space. The room decor reflects a warm, inviting style, making it feel more like home than a typical hotel.
The bathroom being located downstairs can be inconvenient, particularly at night. the room's compact size might prove too snug for those who prefer more space to stretch out and move around comfortably.

comfortable stay but room could be larger
Alison was exceptionally friendly upon my arrival, offering a cup of tea and inviting me to relax by the lovely log fire in her cozy lounge. The room was well-decorated, clean, and the bed provided a wonderfully warm and comfortable night’s sleep. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view which added a calming atmosphere to the stay.
The bedroom was fairly small, which might not suit everyone’s preferences.
